So I caught a cold and am spending even less time on the blog than last week.
Quick hits:
- I totally failed on my wheat challenge. I had Cheddar SunChips and multigrain didn’t even cross my mind. Also, I had granola that contained wheat. I guess that is what I get for not being vigilant.
- I am up to 95 badges on Treehouse. It’s cool to see how much I have learned and to put it into practice. If you need a website let me know. I am your man.
- It’s very cool to know how people in your life care about you and to see that little kindnesses over time do add up to very big payoffs.
- I am super blessed.
